Share a link to your best post(s).
1.) Before buying a book or watching a movie at the cinema I do a lot of research about it (without spoiling!). I guess I do so because I wanna know if it’s actually worth it watching the movie or reading the book. When I am more than 80% sure that I am going to like the book or movie I will watch/read it.
2.) I don’t consider myself short but when being around other people I feel very short. Seems like everyone is pretty tall these days??
3.) I am a cat lover but unfortunately, do not have any pets. That’s destiny, right? 🐱
1. What’s the next book you’ll be reading?
I am not sure yet but when I finally manage to finish Wonder Woman: Warbringer by Leigh Bardugo and Pride and Prejudice I’ll have to decide between Everless by Sara Holland and The Hazel Wood by Melissa Albert. Both are January releases I have been really excited for. They are even on my list of most-anticipated releases of 2018!
2. What book character would you be if a given a choice?
Ugh. I don’t know!! This is so hard to answer! I would like to be a character with supernatural powers and I also have interest in being a witch. So why not being a character of the Harry Potter universe? Maybe Luna Lovegood?
3. A book that has been on your to-buy list forever?
The Wrath and the Dawn by Renee Ahdieh! I want to read (+own) this book ever since I have found out about it but somehow I didn’t buy it. I have to change that this year and I think that it would make a good summer-read. ☀️ The book was released in 2015, I believe, and has amazing reviews.
4. Which song would best describe your favourite book?
I don’t have ‘a’ favourite book but a couple of all time favourite books and I think that the songs of Halsey at least her songs from her Badlands album would fit to them in some way.
5. Who would be your worst enemy in the books you have read?
Strangely enough, there aren’t a lot enemies I can think of at the moment. So, I’ll go with Maven from the Red Queen series. What I like about him is that although he’s (a bit) obsessed, Maven is a really tough to beat because he has a lot of allies and is prescient. I wouldn’t like to have him as an enemy but I can’t deny that he’s my fav in the series. 💙
1. The book you see most frequently on your GoodReads dashboard at the moment?
2. A setting you would like to see more often in books?
3. If you could join a squad from a book, which would it be and why?
4. A fictional world you would NOT like to live in?
5. The most strategic/intelligent antagonist you know?
